When you contact Salem Computer through this website, we use the information you provide to respond to your request and help with the service you ask about.

Information you provide

The contact form asks for your name, a way to reach you, and details about your request. Simulator system inquiries may also include room details, a budget range, and preferred visit times. Please leave out device passwords, payment-card details, and other sensitive information.

How requests are handled

Website inquiries are saved for our staff to review and follow up. Requesting a demonstration does not reserve an appointment or authorize a payment. Our team will confirm arrangements with you.

Website and service providers

The website is hosted on Vercel and uses Supabase to store business information. Existing customer and transaction workflows use Square. These providers process information needed to operate their services. Following a directions link opens Google Maps; its own privacy notice applies there.

Cookies and technical information

Sign-in uses cookies and browser storage. Hosting systems may process technical request information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the website. The contact form uses a hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Sign out when using a shared device.

Your requests

To ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or discuss deletion, contact the shop. We may need to verify your identity before discussing customer records.
